WP5 - Training and knowledge transfer
WP5 - Training and Knowledge Transfer
The objectives of work package 5 - Training and Knowledge Transfer - are the availability of a high-level research training programme and an increased experience and expertise of the staff exchanged in the course of E-JADE activities.
For the first objective, all partners are encouraged to provide an extensive and high-quality schedule of training courses, of coaching opportunities and of relevant research experience periods to all researches to be or being exchanged. These efforts will be directed towards the exchange of knowledge and expertise, for the benefit of visiting and resident researchers. All offers collected so far can be found in the internal part of the web site.
A knowledge transfer schedule will be implemented, and an evaluation framework will be put in place that helps to monitor the implementation and success of the knowledge transfer measures.
WP5 Tasks
Task 5.1: All beneficiaries and partners will provide an extensive, relevant and high-quality schedule of training courses, individual coaching sessions and research experience periods to the researchers to be exchanged. These efforts will be directed towards the exchange of knowledge and expertise available at project partners, for the benefit of visiting and resident researchers.
Task 5.2: In order to achieve the objective of increasing skills, knowledge and experience of the staff exchanged, the knowledge transfer schedule must be fully implemented (see Task 5.1). In parallel, as also described in WP 4, the consortium will develop and approve at the kick-off meeting an evaluation framework that will monitor the implementation of the knowledge transfer, and evaluate with individual participants to what extent the efforts conducted have been successful, meeting the individual and overall goals, and where/when any adjustments or improvements are necessary.
